OPENING TO NEW POSSIBILITIES OF FORGIVENESS, LOVE, AND ACCEPTANCE.
To open ones self to new possibilities of forgiveness love, and acceptance means rewriting stories of pain. Through this experience you can find strength and wisdom within the connection to your truest self. This is the path of defining your own truth of a kind, generous, and trusting heart.
Strength means allowing ourselves to feel vulnerable to the pain we hold. Often this pain is unconscious and hidden under years of protective layers. It is lurking behind conveniently stacked behaviors and mental patterns. Faint cries from the depths drive us and call to us until we finally learn to deeply listen.
To hear this call and remember our pain may cause us to drop down to our knees and cry—this is alright. We are permitted to not know where or who we are at times. To lose the rope of hope happens to us all.
Take a pause and notice the fear, the anguish, the roughness of grief.
Allow yourself to feel raw, alone, and in the darkness of the woods. Get comfortable there until you remember, that you have been here before and it too shall pass. Allow for time and space to feel—even when it is not where you want to be, because it is what we need to grow.
The portal to our strength is often through the desperation of our soul. The sweetness of our tears is the medicine of truth we each carry.
This too shall pass. Surrender to your presence.
